Our "Business Succession – NexGen Leaders Mentoring Program” is typically reserved for high-potential employees who have been identified as future leaders. It is a 1-year journey of close mentoring, coaching, and individualized development plans that are specifically designed to prepare them for specific leadership roles.
The purpose is to

The whole program is designed as an On-the-job training. That means the future leaders will practice in real-world scenarios while learning. The 3 key domain growth areas are - Head, Hand and Heart, which we will train on Knowledge, Skills, andAttitude (ASK).
