During his career journey, Caleb has acquired solid expertise in organisational culture assessment, business coaching, engaging leadership across diverse generations, organisation redesign, keynote communication, and mentoring of key talents for leadership transition. He has mentored and coached different levels of leadership and guided them to flourish in their appointments and spheres of influence.
